About Us

Artfully Balanced offers tai chi and mindfulness classes for both adults and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals of all skill levels and abilities can participate and grow. Whether you're a beginner looking to explore the fundamentals or someone with experience seeking to deepen your practice, these classes are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. In addition to tai chi and mindfulness, Artfully Balanced is excited to announce that yoga classes will be launching soon, further expanding the range of holistic wellness practices available to the community.

About Me

Hi! I’m Cyndi— I'm often found with my nose in a book and my head in the clouds. I began practicing yoga, tai chi, and mindfulness in 2009 while working on my master’s degree, and soon started incorporating these practices into my work as a special education teacher to help manage both personal and student stress. In April 2023, I became a certified tai chi instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute and took the leap to pursue a long-time dream: starting my own mindfulness-based business. The result is Artfully Balanced. I currently teach at “For The Love Of Studio” in Ogden and volunteer with the Weber-Morgan Health Department to offer tai chi classes to local seniors. I’m excited to connect with others who are looking to build friendships, strengthen community, and cultivate a more balanced life.
