Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Flat shoes, such as sneakers, are recommended.

Most of our tai chi classes last 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down periods. Water breaks are also included. Please bring water to class.

When booking online, individual sessions can be canceled with 24-hour email notice for a full refund, minus the credit card fee.
If you need to cancel your registration for a full course for any reason, you can obtain a full tuition refund, minus the credit card fee, if you notify Artfully Balanced by email within 24 hours before the first class begins. No refunds will be granted for courses beginning 24 hours after the first class has ended.
If the National Weather Service has issued a Storm Warning for the local area for the time when and where the course is to be conducted, the course will be canceled and rescheduled to ensure the safety of course participants and instructors.
